Terms of service
These terms govern your use of kolvishop.com and any order you place with us. Please read them before you buy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Who you are buying from
This shop is operated by Kolvi, an online retailer trading from the United Kingdom at kolvishop.com.
The quickest and best way to reach us for anything, including formal notices and complaints, is info@kolvishop.com. We reply within one working day, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Kolvi is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on your order and none is shown separately at checkout.
How a contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it, but it does not form a contract. A contract comes into existence only when we dispatch the goods, or in the case of made-to-order supplements, when we confirm your order has entered production. If we cannot accept your order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown and charged in the currency of the country you shop in: pounds sterling in the United Kingdom, US dollars in the United States and Canadian dollars in Canada. US prices are fixed in dollars and Canadian prices are fixed in Canadian dollars, so neither moves with the exchange rate. The total shown at checkout, including shipping, is the amount charged to your card.
We accept all major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna; the full list is shown in the site footer. Payment is handled on a secure checkout by the payment provider, and your card details are never stored by us.
We take care with pricing, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you, and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Age restriction
Our supplements are not suitable for under-18s. By ordering, you confirm you are 18 or over.
Products, and the claims we print
Our supplements are food supplements; CROWNED Serum No.1 is a cosmetic. Neither is a medicine. They are intended to sit alongside a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, and they do not replace either. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or managing a health condition, speak to your GP or pharmacist before starting anything new.
Where an authorised health claim exists for a nutrient, we print the authorised wording and nothing on top of it. Where no authorised claim exists, we describe the contents and the dose and stop there. The serum is a cosmetic and carries no nutrition or health claim.
Product images are representative. Packaging and formulation may be updated from time to time, and the label on the product you receive takes precedence over the website.
Customers in the United States
For customers in the United States, our supplements are dietary supplements and the following applies to them: "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease." CROWNED Serum No.1 is a cosmetic rather than a dietary supplement, so that statement does not apply to it, and it carries no health claim of any kind. Where the sections above say to speak to your GP, a US reader should read that as their doctor. These terms, including the governing law section below, apply to orders delivered to the United States in the same way as to every other order.
Delivery, cancellation and refunds
Delivery times, costs and import charges are set out in our shipping policy. Our 60-day money-back guarantee, your 14-day statutory right to cancel and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are set out in our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.
Our liability to you
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, and we do not supply products for commercial or resale purposes.
Your account and acceptable use
If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used them. You may not use this site fraudulently, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission. All content, branding and imagery on this site belongs to Kolvi or is used under licence.
Privacy
How we handle your personal data is set out in our privacy policy. We use your details to fulfil your order and answer you, and for nothing else without your consent.
Complaints
Email info@kolvishop.com with your order number and the word Complaint in the subject line. We acknowledge complaints within one working day and aim to settle them within five. If we cannot settle it, we will write to you with our final position so you know where you stand, and you are free to take the matter further, including to the courts. Kolvi does not participate in an alternative dispute resolution scheme.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction. Nothing here removes the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
