Shipping policy
This policy explains where we ship, how long it takes, what it costs, and who pays import charges. It applies to everything bought at kolvishop.com.
Where we ship
We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.
How your order is put together
Every Kolvi product, the supplements and CROWNED Serum No.1 alike, is made to order for us in a GMP-certified facility in the United States and posted from there. Production starts once your order is placed, which is why it takes longer than stock sitting on a shelf. However much you order, it travels as one parcel.
Delivery estimates
Making and packing takes 1 to 5 working days. Transit is then 3 to 5 working days with FedEx to the United Kingdom and Canada, or 2 to 4 working days with USPS inside the United States.
- United Kingdom: 4 to 10 working days in total.
- Canada: 4 to 10 working days in total.
- United States: 3 to 9 working days in total.
Working days are Monday to Friday, and they do not include public holidays in the United States, where every order is made, or in the United Kingdom. An order placed on a Saturday starts counting from Monday. Everything is sent tracked, and your tracking number reaches you by email as soon as the parcel leaves the facility.
Shipping costs
- United Kingdom: £16.99, free from £49.99.
- United States: $5.95, free from $40. US shipping is priced in US dollars and does not move with the exchange rate.
- Canada: $33, free from $145. Canadian shipping is priced in Canadian dollars and does not move with the exchange rate.
Each free-delivery figure is judged on your subtotal after any discount has come off, which is the figure the checkout itself uses, and delivery is free at that figure rather than above it.
Prices display and are charged in pounds for UK buyers, in US dollars at fixed prices in the United States, and in Canadian dollars at fixed prices in Canada. Shipping itself is priced separately and is fixed in each country's own currency at the figures above. The exact shipping charge for your order is always displayed at checkout before payment is taken.
The 30-day delivery longstop
Whatever you order and wherever it is going, we will deliver it within 30 days of your order being placed. If we cannot, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. This reflects your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Import VAT and customs duty
Everything we sell ships from the United States on Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. An order travelling to the United Kingdom or Canada crosses a border and may attract import VAT or customs duty when it arrives. That charge is set and collected by your own customs authority, it is not included in what you pay us at checkout, we cannot prepay it, and it is yours to settle. Orders delivered inside the United States are domestic and are not affected. Thresholds change from time to time, so please check your own country's current position before ordering.
Changes and cancellations
Until your order is dispatched you can change the address, swap an item or cancel it. Reply to your confirmation email or write to info@kolvishop.com with your order number. Everything is made to order, so tell us as soon as you can.
Risk, and parcels that go missing
Until the parcel is physically in your hands it remains our responsibility. If it goes missing in transit or arrives damaged, that is our problem to resolve, not yours. Email info@kolvishop.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier and tell you straight, including when the answer is one we do not like either.
Delivery addresses
Please check your address before you pay. If your order has not been dispatched we will correct it at no cost. If it has already gone, tell us anyway and we will work out the best fix with you.
