This website and shop are operated by Kolvi, an online retailer trading from the United Kingdom at kolvishop.com.
Contact: info@kolvishop.com. We reply within one working day, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Use this address for order queries, guarantee claims, statutory cancellations and formal legal notices. Our postal address for formal correspondence is available on request by email.
Kolvi is not registered for VAT. No VAT is charged on your order and none is shown separately at checkout.
What we sell
Food supplements and one scalp serum, sold direct to consumers in the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Our supplements are food supplements; CROWNED Serum No.1 is a cosmetic. None of them is a medicine. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our products are not suitable for under-18s.
Where your goods come from
Everything we sell, the supplements and the serum, is made to order for us by a third-party fulfilment partner in a GMP-certified facility in the United States and posted from there, which is why it takes longer to arrive and costs more to carry. Full detail is in our shipping policy.
Health and nutrition claims
We only use health claims that are authorised on the GB nutrition and health claims register, and only where a daily portion carries enough of the nutrient to earn them.
- Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and normal skin.
- Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function, to normal psychological function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
- Vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin B6 and zinc each contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
- Vitamin C, vitamin E and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Ashwagandha, Irish sea moss, lion's mane, shilajit, tongkat ali, collagen, elderberry, echinacea, citrus bioflavonoids and L-lysine carry no authorised claim, so for those we describe the contents and the dose and make no claim about what they do. CROWNED Serum No.1 is a cosmetic and does not borrow claims from the supplement side of the range.
Your rights
Your statutory rights are set out in full in our refund policy: your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and your rights to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and correct description under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing we publish reduces any of them.
Separately, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on everything we sell. That is our promise, not the law; it sits on top of your statutory rights and replaces none of them. The terms are in our refund policy.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Email info@kolvishop.com with your order number and the word Complaint in the subject line. We acknowledge complaints within one working day and aim to settle them within five. If we cannot settle it, we will write to you with our final position so you know where you stand, and you are free to take the matter further, including to the courts. Kolvi does not participate in an alternative dispute resolution scheme.
Governing law
Contracts formed through this site are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing here removes the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
