Delivery

Every Kolvi order is made in a GMP-certified facility in the United States and sent tracked. Making and packing takes 1 to 5 working days, then transit takes 3 to 5 working days to the UK and Canada, or 2 to 4 inside the United States. Reckon on 4 to 10 working days in total to the UK and Canada, and 3 to 9 to the United States. Working days are Monday to Friday, and they do not count public holidays in the United States, where every order is made, or in the UK.

Shipping costs

• United Kingdom: £16.99, free from £49.99.
• United States: $5.95, free from $40.
• Canada: $33, free from $145.

Each free-delivery figure is worked out on your subtotal after any discount has come off, and delivery is free at that figure rather than above it. Prices display and are charged in pounds for UK buyers, in US dollars in the United States and in Canadian dollars in Canada, all three at fixed prices rather than converted at the day's rate. Canadian shipping is charged in Canadian dollars at the figures above. The exact shipping figure is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Import charges

Everything we sell travels from the United States, so an order going to the UK or Canada crosses a border and can attract import VAT or duty on arrival. That is charged by your own customs authority, is not included in what you pay us, and is yours to settle. Orders inside the United States are domestic and are not affected.

Changes and cancellations

Until your order is dispatched, you can change the address, swap an item or cancel the order outright: reply to your confirmation email or write to info@kolvishop.com with your order number. Everything is made to order, so tell us as soon as you can.

Returns and the 60-day guarantee

Use anything for up to 60 days from delivery. If you are not happy, email info@kolvishop.com with your order number and we will refund the order. Opened consumables stay with you; we may ask for unopened items back and we cover reasonable postage when we do. Refunds are processed within 2 working days of being agreed, back to the payment method you used. Your statutory 14-day right to cancel applies alongside this guarantee.

Lost or damaged in transit

Until the parcel is in your hands it is ours to worry about. If it goes missing or arrives damaged, email info@kolvishop.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier and put it right.
