Cancellation policy

This policy covers Kolvi subscriptions: what you are signing up to, what it costs, and how to change or cancel it. It sits alongside our refund policy, our shipping policy and our terms of service, and it does not reduce your statutory rights.

What a subscription is

Subscribing is optional. Every product that offers it can also be bought once, with no subscription, at the standard price. If you subscribe, you get 15% off the standard price on every delivery, and a new order is made and sent to you at the interval printed on the option you pick: every 4, 8 or 12 weeks.

No minimum term

There is no minimum number of deliveries and no commitment beyond your next order. You are not tied in for a period, and cancelling costs nothing.

Changing, pausing or cancelling

You manage everything yourself from the Subscriptions page in your account. From there you can skip a delivery, move the next delivery date, change the payment method or delivery address, pause, or cancel outright. A cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not cancel an order that has already been charged and made, because everything is made to order once payment is taken. If you would rather we did it for you, email info@kolvishop.com with your order number and we will action it the same working day.

Renewals and payment

Each renewal is charged automatically to the payment method saved on your subscription, on the date shown in your account. If a payment fails we will retry it and tell you; if it keeps failing the subscription stops rather than silently running up a debt. Change your saved card from the Subscriptions page at any time.

Price changes

If the standard price of a product changes, your subscription price changes with it, and the 15% saving continues to apply. We will tell you before a renewal is charged at a new price, and you are free to cancel first.

Shipping on a subscription order

Shipping is charged at the standard rate for your country and is free from the usual threshold: £49.99 in the United Kingdom, $40 in the United States and $145 in Canada, worked out on the subtotal after any discount. A subscription does not change those figures. Delivery times are the same as any other order and are set out in our shipping policy.

The guarantee, and your legal rights

Every subscription order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee in exactly the same way as a one-off order. Your statutory rights, including your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, apply to every order placed under a subscription.
